1. Fellow citizens of UKA
2. Royal Greetings to you all
3. The office of the reigning monarch wishes to inform all that;
4. Due to the vacuum the continuous absence of our Prime Minister has created, governance has been unacceptably hampered. Therefore the office of the Reigning Monarch and the office of the vice Reigning Monarch has accepted & approved the H.R.H Grand Duke Dr. M.K.E UZOAGBA, the current minister of interior.
5. As the substantive New Deputy Prime Minister of our beloved United Kingdom of Atlantis, without sentiment, it is a call for service.
6. He is henceforth to commence immediate active coordination of all UKA government activities/affairs pending the resumption of the prime minister.
7. This appointment takes effect immediately and it is expected to be complied with swiftly.
8. We should all comply with this directive and avail him all necessary support, loyalty and love for his new office.
